Quick trip to San Diego!

Me and Justin were invited to go to California with his parents and brother to look at a semi truck for his Dad's business. We thought it would be a fun time to get out. My parents watched the kids so we got a little breather. We left Friday night and came back Sunday afternoon so it was kind of quick but we enjoyed it along with the company. But of course I forgot my camera and so now I can't post a bunch of cool pics and I'm really sorry about that. It's those darn Cobb Webb's in my brain getting in the way again. The highlight of the trip was to go see the U.S.S. Midway museum. Located in the Beautiful San Diego Bay. Me and Justin had already seen it but Justin's parents and Jeremiah (his brother) hadn't, so we had to show them how cool it was. I have posted a few pics of it. This ship is huge! It was so awesome. Those of you who are going to San Diego sometime in the future have to take the time and see this amazing battleship carrier. There were also a lot of jets, helicopters and airplanes that were really cool. Here are just a few fun facts about it that will just blow your mind!

The kids thought it would be funny to get into Max's bed until we told them they had to sleep all night with him. Then they wanted to get out. I don't think Max wanted them in there. He looks a little uncomfortable don't ya think?

The First Presidency

I was very excited to hear yesterday about the first Presidency of the Church. I'm so excited to live in the day and age of President Thomas S. Monson. I feel it a privlage to have him as our Prophet. It's exciting times and we have much to look forward too. I will miss President Hinkley very much but I think President Monson will continue to move the Church forward just as President Hinkley did. It's just so exciting to me to know that we will all be witnesses to President Monson's ministry here on the earth. I'm excited about his counselers too. This first Presidency will lead the Church forward no doubt.

The Giants Were Awesome!!!

Our super bowl party wasen't real exciting. I don't know if you could call it a party or not but my parents came down and watched for a little while until it started snowing really hard and they decided to go home before they got snowed in. So it was just me and Justin and we had fun. At first I was rooting for the Patriots until about five minutes into the game and I just couldn't help but change and root for the Giants. I guess I am shallow that way:). The Giants just played a really good game and it was exciting to watch. We had some goodies and just really enjoyed eachother. Some of the commercials where really funny too. I loved the Planters peanuts one.
